Delete your Neo Seichi account

In the Neo Seichi app, sign in and open Profile → Menu → Delete Account. Confirm with your password or your linked Google account, then type DELETE to permanently delete your account.

If you cannot access the app, email impressum@haitech-solutions.com from the email address associated with your Neo Seichi account and request account deletion. We will verify your request before deleting your account. Do not send your password.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes your account information, check-ins, reviews, favorites, trip lists, and pending submissions from the app database. Approved public spots may remain without a link to your account. Profile and spot images still linked to your account are also deleted from Cloudinary. For previously replaced or unlinked images, contact us at the address above. Information we are legally required to retain may be kept for the applicable period.
